I recently moved out of this apartment and honestly, it was an amazing experience!

Huge shout out to the leasing manager, Sean, who was an absolute delight; his friendliness and willingness to help really set the tone for a great living experience.

The maintenance service was consistently good and quick, making every interaction a breeze. Despite being on the 1st floor facing the street, the apartment felt incredibly safe and quiet.The luxury apartment setting paired with a competitive price offered exceptional value, and the move-out charges were very reasonable.

Everything, from leasing to move-out, went smoothly. My only reason for moving was the desire for a high-rise experience—otherwise, this would have been my long-term home. If you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place, I highly recommend giving this apartment a try!

Long overdue review, but I moved into this apartment a few months ago and I honestly couldn't be more pleased with my experience so far! One of the standout features of this place is the prompt response to maintenance issues. Whenever I've had a minor problem, George has been incredibly quick to address it, ensuring that everything is taken care of efficiently.

Additionally, the rent makes it an even more attractive option. Given the quality of the apartment and the level of service provided, I feel like I'm getting excellent value for my money.

I have lived here for 3 years and truly have no complaints. It’s clean and they notify you of any inspections. When I hire a pet sitter, they work with them to grant access to your apartment. Management is kind and responsive. Maintenance is friendly and quick. Highly recommend!

Great place and people who work here are so nice and responsive. My garbage disposal was leaking and we called the emergency maintenance requests number. Within 30 minutes David was showed up and fixed the issue and told us even how to prevent it next time. Would recommend!

Living here for over a year its very nice and comfortable. The management and maintenance teams are great! When my sink was leaking, I put in a request and George, the maintenance manager, was very quick to respond. He came in and fixed the problem right away.

The people who work at the leasing office (Destiny, Sean and Anthony) are great. When we were considering the place, I emailed asking a lot of questions. Destiny responded to each of them in detail (and in numbered format- just how I outlined them). When we first moved in and had a major maintenance issue, Sean worked with us to get it resolved quickly. They try to create a community feel and host different community events in common areas- Anthony is always making sure everyone knows where everything is at those events. Lynn is the maintenance guy for the building and he is amazing! In addition to being great at his job, he has such a positive spirit and is always uplifting to everyone around you. Elma, the cleaning lady, is always so nice and really sweet. The people who work at LINQ make it a great place to live. I’ve also met some people in the building and they have been nice too. There’s a park nearby which is great if you have kids. Highly recommend.
