What an amazing place! June and Greg have done an outstanding job making this turn-of-the-century home into a one of the nicest places my wife and I have ever stayed at. Just a couple blocks from downtown Apalachicola the location could not be more perfect. All the rooms are set up beautifully. The wrap around porches. Yes, upstairs has a wrap around porch as well. We definitely intend to return and cannot wait to recommend this place to all our friends.

Four of us (retirement couples) stayed at this charming old-time atmosphere, historic hotel. Interesting history about the original owner. He was a character with ambition and a prominent position within the community as a merchant and model citizen. In addition, nice to have a little breakfast with tea, coffee, cereal, milk in the morning and sit in the grand dining room.|The beds were grand and comfortable. Very peaceful and quiet throughout the night.||Also, a short drive and and short walk and you'll find incredible sunsets and a beautiful beach. Seeing a pod of dolphins travelling parallel to the beach for over 1/2 an hour was a pleasant surprise.

Absolut Empfehlenswert!!

Me and my husband, James stayed here in Mid August and we actually booked another inn for our stay but we got here a day early so needed a place to stay and got in touch with Greg the owner. It was wonderful experience for me and my husband. Hopefully we can visit this sweet gem again. Staying at “The Majestic” lives up to its name It is truly not just a place to stay, but an experience. Stepping back into time as you are transported by all of the lovely furnishings and decor. Each item has been carefully selected. June and Greg are marvelous host and turn your stay into what feels like a visit with someone you known before. They have turned this grand home into a historical piece of art. Each room has a very pleasant character that seems to wrap you in its arms with a warm and friendly hug. After staying in this Majestic home no future trip to Apalachicola would be complete without stopping in to visit this old friend.
