It was such a pleasant trip, truly. Myself, husband and children fully enjoyed the grounds as well as the room. My 15 year old said the beds were extremely comfy and that verdict is accurate. All the mattresses seemed to be new and they were soft just like the pillows. The entire 2 bedroom suite was spotless and we had everything we needed. There was an instance where we noticed we forgot something back at home, and we texted the front desk what we needed, and it was brought to us without delay. The pool was a major hit with my kids, and their ages range from 15 to 1, and everyone enjoyed it. I have nothing bad to say except for how sad I was when I left, and I can't get back soon enough.

Rented a two bedroom and a single room for one week and had fun! Pros: the rooms were gorgeous, lots of space, felt very private, good pools Cons: We called twice before our vacation to get our rooms together (two families with small children in separate rooms) but when we got there, they acted like we didn't put in a request. Was about a fifteen minute drive to Disney Springs, the roads were always congested next to a Walmart) and would sometimes take 45 minutes to get to Disney attractions. We got HOUNDED about touring the timeshare to the point that it was rude. My 8 year old son even caught on during check-in and teased me the whole trip to call "Jill" at the front desk. There was not enough seating at the pools and guests were reserving seating in the morning so we would always have to put our pool stuff on the ground, although there were not people in the chairs -- just towels with towel clips.

We were in one of there units for 3 nights. After driving for 9 hours and checking in we could not get in our room. Battery was low on door lock. Called front desk and was told help would be at the door in 10 minutes. After about 7-8 minutes we tried the key card again and door opened with a yellow low battery lights. Help never came that night so we got lucky to get in. I called first thing in morning to get door battery replaced. Help came this time in about 15 minutes. Replaced battery, all good. 2nd problem was master bath fan/light was very loud. Couldn’t believe how loud. Afraid it would wake the rooms above and below us. Service fixed it the first morning we were there. Still loud but not like it was. This complex is large. Not sure but probably 15-20 buildings, maybe more. Service has too much work and has travel time to fix problems. Front desk building was 10 minutes from our door to theirs. Very clean. Pools seemed nice but weather didn’t allow us to use them much. Probably will not return. Too many other options with less problems.

It’s nice resort clean rooms and good service. However, DO NOT attend their sales presentation. They are extremely pushy, maybe desperate is the proper wording. They kept us for four hours and will not take NO FOR AN ANSWER. ALSO, they did not give us what they promise us. It’s a complete waste of time and a scam. After we thought presentation was over, we met with this guy from Maracco said his department was hospitality, he got upset and kicked us out because we did not buy his vacation package. We never got the $200 visa they promised.

They boast about large dollar improvements but I didn’t see much. I’ll admit that it’s been 10 years since I played there and at that time we took it off our list of clubs to play during our annual trip in the area. Poor fairway, too much sand in the numerous bunkers and the greens were bumpy with poorly cut holes. I was hoping for a better experience as it’s so close to where we stay!

We are HGV owners and were sold an experience to stay at this resort. Luckily we didn't pay that much to stay here or I would have been even more disappointed than I already am. This is hardly a resort. No store on the grounds, no hot tubs, and no spa on site. The shuttle service is a joke , the tiki huts were closed, and the gym is ok. I share all of this so that if you are sold a timeshare experience, do not choose Orlando! Go to Myrtle Beach. The accommodations are much better and you will be by the beach. This is a resort for people with little kids who like to golf and drive a mini van to get there. If this is you, cheers! If not, steer clear and do the research that we did not. The experience, however, was amazing.

3rd time staying here and THE WORST! The first two stays were great. This time however, we were placed an a unit that has not been cleaned in years. The time floor and the carpet were disgustingly! Not ideal for a 3 year old child that’s constantly on the floor. See photos attached.
