So I booked a room with two beds for me and my family as I got there the person at the desk couldn't even get my name right she was not acting okay whatsoever gave us a downstairs room which we requested. So far so good right as upon entering the room there is no microwave and no refrigerator which states that the facility would provide those as long with cockroaches behind the front door so we went back to the front desk to get a room with a refrigerator and microwave which I understand some places do have roaches and that's understandable upon trying to locate me a room gives me the master key to go and check the rooms for myself to see if it's to my liking four rooms later nothing was of my liking because they did not accommodate my needs worst customer service and upon that I get to wait 7 to 10 business days for my refund will never stay here and would never let anybody else stay here worst hotel I can possibly imagine I would sleep in my car before I even attempt to go to this hotel anymore thank you for the first time experience and the most definitely the last. Management needs to get involved.

Positive: "" Negative: The cleanliness was awful. There was hair on the walls from a previous person, which is gross. I can only imagine how much effort they?re actually playing into the cleaning of the rooms. I didn?t even want to think about what hasn?t been cleaned.

Check into 3 different rooms to get one that was usable
First one had only one bed we had asked for 2
Second one had not TV
Even the third room smelled like weed
I don't so reviews but I felt it was needed here
Hopefully they do better moving Forward

It felt kinda sketchy at first but was really quiet. Quick and easy check in. There was no deposit which was a huge plus. Super close to shopping and right off the highway.

Less lights
Less power socket
Unable to connect my laptop with TV
Stayed 6nights they only clean the room once
Key has problem everyday i need to update from front desk
AC/heater makes noise
Mattress is not fixed on bed it moves
Slowest Wi-Fi

If you have options to go somewhere else please do so.

Place is gross I would never stay again . Dirty , nasty . The ladies that are in the office are rude . Pay 15.00 more and stay somewhere with class , drug addict in the parking lot . Watch your cars . If you stay here

We've really have good service from the front office management and the house keepers took care of any service we needed and the maintenance man has taken care of any issues quick.

Management and staff very friendly, rooms were clean and housekeeping were very nice. Quick stay but was good.
