The employees were very rude and told me to shut up because I kept asking why there were so many roaches in my bed. I counted at least seven I also saw a TikTok on how to find for bedbugs and I figure is there roaches. There are probably bedbugs and sure enough there were many my husband and I woke up with scratches and bites on our back I also got very sick when I got back home.
Also, there was a terrible stench and neighbors were Loud At one point, I saw people buying drugs in the parking lot because I couldn’t sleep in the middle of the night. Do not go here unless you like getting sick and love sleeping with bugs.

Park Motel is a very small, low key Motel located right off of Coldwater canyon and ventura blvd. In studio city. The easiest way to recognize it is by its olive green color.
My fiance and I went to stay there for a few weeks. When we drove in the first time we were a bit worried based on how things looked like, but I have to tell you that was further than the truth. We checked in in no time and got situated in our room. I have to say to my surprise, the rooms are very big compared to other small motels we've been at. It's an older building but everything functions fine and you get refrigerator and a microwave in each room which is a lot more than most.
The owner, Rocky is great! He is very hospitable, very respectful and helpful which says A LOT. Our experience with other motels isn't the same so we were glad to find out that this Motel is different.
The price is average (could be a bit better but honestly just for not dealing with the average Motel owners, and have someone like Rocky it's worth it). So if you are looking to stay at a low key Motel, where no one is in your business, and no one is bugging on you every 5 minutes before checking out, this is the place for you.

Came from a video, decided to check them out for my self, found Roached and bedbugs, along with blood and hair in the sink and in the pillows. Would not recommend. And someone next to me was drilling? I’m not sure what that was, but I would rather not know.

Dude .. The minute I stepped in the room i smelled a huge STENCH, I went outside and gagged in my empty plastic bag before going in again with my fingers pinching my nose to block the smell, blood and poo on my bedsheets, my sink was FULL of blood splatters and same with the toilet, the minute I woke up I saw about 4 bugs sleeping and crawling with me. Also at night theres almost SO MANY drug deals and even possibly murder. Hate this place.

Great hideaway. Place has a nostalgic feel and a haunting quality due to all the "ghosts in the closet". 100 years old it still has all the old fixtures but modern CCTV to give you a sense of security. Prices are right amd each room is different and unique.

The manager and his wife treat you like family. The rooms are clean there's no bugs. Clean rooms. They did a total makeover. Nice area.
