The team at Park Place has been exceptional. Amanda, Samantha, and Danica in the leasing office were incredibly helpful in familiarizing us with the property and making the move-in process seamless.

We also appreciate David, Luis, and Jackie from the maintenance team for their prompt response and excellent service. They go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. We truly appreciate the entire staff for their dedication and hard work they put into this community.

My wife and I recently moved into Park Place and have found management and the consultants working here, especially Amanda N, to be very responsive to our needs.

Just today, we had Jose Cruz from the maintenance team come and install blinds in the living room that needed to be replaced. He did so in such a kind, friendly and professional manner. I’m very pleased with the staff here thus far!

We are planning to change our apartment unit and have been looking for good one (from our perspective) to become available. I randomly stopped by the office on a Saturday evening and Amanda kindly helped us find the best option we were hoping for. She is very passionate even at the end of a workday. She’s also been helping us through the transfer process making it as smooth as possible. Great work, Amanda. Thank you!

Joel, Sean and Roger are helping us while our washer broke. There was water damage and it was very stressful, but they have been extremely patient and helpful thought this ordeal. Sean is keeping us updated on the progress of carpet, floor, and giving us next steps once it drys off. While Joel and Roger over saw the instillation of the humidifiers and helped install a new washer/dryer when it was safe to do so. They were also very understanding when my son wanted to watch what they were doing and allowed him to “help”.

Great neighborhood and close to so many restaurants, offices, and cafes! I moved into a recently renovated apartment and have had minor maintenance issues getting to know the apartment (eg resetting water leak sensors, shutting the dishwasher correctly) that have been resolved quickly. David and Luis have been especially helpful and quick to fix and address any issues. They make living here so easy!

Writing a review for the maintenance staff, specifically, David and Ken. David and Ken always respond to maintenance requests promptly and with a smile. My most recent maintenance request was complicated, but they both quickly identified the source of the issue and implemented the fix with care. I am very grateful for Ken, David, and the rest of the Park Place maintenance team!
