I lived here for a year and a half. Not bad overall. The only reason I left was because my work moved me away. But here's the breakdown of why I'm giving only 3 stars.

Pros: beautiful apartment, clean grounds, safe (gated), great neighbors.

Cons:
1st, there is zero warning on when there will be any type of construction on the property. Got woken up multiple times to construction right outside of my apartment. Some kind of notice would have been nice.
2nd, the maintenance requests take well over a week to get done. They are great in emergencies, but any service request will take awhile. I was dealing with one specific issue for like 2 months and at one point was told that there's nothing they can do about it. Only to have the pest control resolve that problem in just one day. So it felt like there wasn't enough effort made to solve the problem.
3rd, we went through 4 different managers in the time that I was there. Because of that the maintenance requests and other issues got lost in translation multiple times. I had to keep on top of them for certain issues over and over again. So I ended up giving up on some things. Some issues still never got resolved when I moved out (like not having a key to one of my locks).

Overall I know these issues aren't huge and that is why I gave 3 stars. If given the chance, I would live there again I think. Just really need the communication between the managers and the residents to be improved.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We lived here for 5 years and getting things fixed like a leak on the ceiling from the up stairs neighbors that had a pipe that had broken and mushrooms growing on the ceiling then it braking again and nothing being done. The ant and spider infestation. The termites. The black mold growing in the bathroom ceiling.The harassment from neighbors. And the managers not caring we had 6 different managers at last year the current one is a scared little boy and that doesn’t do anything. Or know how to do anything. The noise was terrible we barely slept 6 hours. The neighbors would scream and fight and play music till 4 am as well as drinking and being loud. Kids playing outside till 3 am. But did management ever do anything? No ! Not a single time. Don’t waste your money or your time. ( pics from stuff that never got repaired when asked )

Went to see an apartment and was met with a micro aggression! The leasing officer manager repeatedly told me you will need “three times the amount of rent” and “you would need good credit” THREE times! She had an unpleasant attitude and obviously had a preconceived notion that I couldn’t afford the rent because she kept repeating herself like I didn’t hear or understand her the first time she said it. I’m a Black woman, with three degrees about to finish my doctorate degree and could very much afford the apartment. But based on this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere!

I am a tenant here and the old manager Jennifer was super nice and professional:) the new manager Alyssa however, is a little girl that will leave voicemails on your phone like she’s ready to fight whenever she’s having a bad day. Needless to say, I’m moving out lol good luck.

I lived here for 2 years I moved because we purchased a home .I loved everything about this complex from the first phone call, the manager Jennifer made me feel welcome. I loved my apt it was beautiful ,the grounds are clean Jennifer is professional at all times and very kind ,I was blown away at how fast any issues were handled.And absolutely no roaches or pests .I would refer family and friends looking for a home to give Jennifer a call
