This is a very mediocre hotel. There was a terrible odor coming out of the room I just got! Nothing seemed cleaned in that room. The towels, bedding, and bathrooms were all filthy. Everything was so outdated, and not worth the stay. I had just got out of the shower when the front desk guy was trying to open my door with his keys! I wasn't even dressed and I was only 10 minutes late from checking out!

If I were in the area and needed a hotel, I would probably pick this one again. Nothing luxurious.
Room: I had one bed, solo, 5 nights.
Decently sized room. Working minifridge that is a good size. Has heater + A/C (didn't use it so can't say how well it works). Bathrooms were clean. Showers you need to time properly so you get hot water. Lots of outlets which is good. Many lighting options, though one would turn on then flicker a lot. I liked how adjustable the blinds were. Some spots on the floor were creaky. Two mirrors, one over sink, one by the bed, which are medium-large sized. I found the big mirror by the bed to be a bit of an odd design choice. Bed was kinda creaky, and on the firm side. Pillows could've been a lot better. There were a few stains on towels (could tell it was soap/bleach) and on the bedsheets (nothing awful, just regular stains like a coffee spill or something). The blanket provided was thin and itchy which I really didn't like. You can hear your neighbors somewhat. Not if they're talking at regular volume, or have something playing on the TV; if they drop something or sneeze, you will probably hear them. If someone's walking outside the balcony where the room doors are lined up, of course you'll hear them... Didn't bother me. TV wasn't great; it wasn't a smart TV/didn't have Chromecast, but I couldn't find a menu option on the remote either. #1 complaint is the connection. Free WiFi is available, but it doesn't reach very far (I was on 2nd floor). Phone connection was garbage but better than the WiFi.
Service: Staff are very friendly and helpful. They do ask for a $20 cash deposit. They definitely made my experience better.
Location: Across the street from a strip mall containing CVS, Starbucks, etc. Two bus stops within less than five minutes walking distance. Lots of traffic noise, typical for the area. Good size parking lot. They have a vending machine and microwave available. Fantastic location overall.

Really a pretty great place to stay with fenced in parking. Just remember to bring $25 cash for your room deposit. They won’t take card.

Well my stay here has been great the manager is very nic

e once you get to know her and extremely beautiful the rooms are very clean and up dated I had no problems with my stay here would suggest to anybody it's a great place to stay I will come back .

Bad floor- (feels rotten), sparse furnishings, no microwave, no coffee maker, no mini shampoo, hand towels, or wash cloths, etc. mostly everything that’s there works. Don’t answer the door unless you are expecting someone

Positive: Cheap and functional, utilitarian almost to a fault. Aircon and power outlets worked, TV worked (basic cable), and WiFi access, and clean. You will not get common amenities, such as floor towel, shampoo, but that is my preference for cheap motels. Negative: Room wasn't in the best condition repairwise. Missing smoke detector, shower head had a faulty seal that sprayed water over the curtain to the floor, paint was rough, lighting was harsh, and no desk lamps, etc. The other tenants seemed really sketchy.
