This place is horrible, the doors to the rooms are like the closet doors in a cheap apartment. You’ll hear your neighbors . We left here and headed up the street to the dream inn. Much better. I recommend if you leave here, head there only 1 mile away. And it’s a gated property!

I lost my apple 11 phone there I went and talked to the person at the desk told him I left it there and if one of the maids found it to have them give me a call and I would give them a reward but no one got back to me. Rooms where dirty

If I can give this motel a ZERO I will. My night there was a nightmare! After spending couple hours there we had to leave! There was bug and cockroaches in the bathroom and room. Pillow cover had stain so I took it to the office dude didn't want to exchange me a new one. Bed sheet had stain and smell awful. TV station there sucks and it had XXX channel so I made very sure my daughter didn't turn the tv on. I went to the office like 4 different times to ask for tv remote to let them know about the bug couldn't change room to change pillow sheet and then bed sheet when I couldn't get nothing change for new ones we decided to pack up and leave after being there for 2 hours! I will never recommend this dirty nasty place to anyone ever! Reason why I went there in the first place most hotel in downtown was book!

This place is the worst place anyone could ever stay. The staff were completely rude, and even went as far as calling my wife a prostitute, of which the hotel seemed to be full of in the first place. We got out room and the minute we opened the door the smell of putrid urine,feces, and vomit hit us in the face. The walls are completely covered in graffiti along with various other unsightly and unidentifiable stains. The floor was stained and looked as though it had not seen a vacuum or a broom in about a year. The sink in the bathroom was disconnected from the wall, there was feces on the bathroom walls and roaches seemed to be throwing a house party. If all this wasn't bad enough, we pulled back the sheets on the bed and much to our dismay we found used condoms and anal lubricant. We brought this to the attention of the person at the counter and asked for a new room and were promptly denied, refund again denied, and even cleaning supplies so that we might remedy our problem. Guess what.......DENIED. If all this wasn't bad enough, the only channel that worked on the tv was Porn. Someone had ripped the smoke detector off the wall and left the exposed cut wires hanging. When we touched the bed, all the lights in the room went off and the bulbs blew. New bulbs........denied. This place needs to be condemned, burnt to the ground, and the ground sanitized with a chemical steam. It is the most tragic excuse for any kind of establishment I have ever seen. I am wondering how the city of Fresno has allowed this place to stay open. PLEASE DO NOT GO!@!!!!!!

The room tv had no remote control and the channel up and channel down buttons were totally broken out of the TV and when asked the people at the front desk about a remote they just said and I quote Oh the people that were here before you probably took it we don't have a remote for that room and I said well the buttons are broke how am I supposed to change the channel they said we are sorry they wouldn't change rooms TVs nothing very unprofessional

Thus is the worst hotel i have ever seen. Graffiti all over inside. Broken doors inside. Everything was filthy. The furniture was so dirty it was sticky. Carpet was dirty so dirty it was black. Smoke detectors yanked out of the wall. We literally went and bought bleach, Clorox wipes and rubber gloves. we put our own blankets over the chairs to sit down., Lysol spray too. Didn't sleep afraid the bugs would carry us away. I literally poured bleach all over the bathroom before I even went in there. This hotel should be condemned by the city of Fresno. The owners should not even to be able to operate this business. It's so dirty it is NAUSEATING.

This place is dirty beyond belief!!! Roaches in the shower, bathroom sink isn't even installed right ( it rocks side to side and moves forward when the water turns on), the fridge was filthy with yellow liquid inside (owner insisted we clean it and not him), and on top of that I found scratchers, broken glass, cigarette ashes, AND A BAG WITH DRUGS in one of the dressers.

Code Enforcement NEEDS to go see this place ASAP!!!!

They have Arabian attitudes,and they are filled mostly with bed bugs. I would not recommend you to get rooms here. They have the kind of want to pick who they rent too. They, don't treat you they bargain off you.
