Luis is great!!! I hired Luis to replace my old furnace and install new air conditioner of my newly renovated house, and I am super happy and satisfied with how this turned out!
I contacted several companies for quote and Luis is the fastest to respond, he is friendly and professional, he showed up on time for onsite inspection and gave us a more accurate quote (and the price is unbeatable!!). I went with his suggestion of Goodman furnace and Payne air conditioner and them turned out beautifully! It is so nice and necessary to have cool air in South Bay! Luis and Lalo finished all work within 2 days, which is typically required 3 men in 3 days, my contractor and I were impressed by their speed and quality!
I recommend Luis to my friends and my real estate agent, hope it can bring him more business:) we should support our local business, especially young hard working small business man like Luis!

We hired Luis for new AC and heater installations in April. The work was decent and both AC and heater work well. Luis also processed the permit application with the city and got the inspection passed on the first appointment. We had some minor disagreement on the timeline earlier which he eventually handled well despite personal circumstances.

I highly recommend Luis. He was easy to work with since the initial reach out to completion. He has great work ethics - professional, clean, organized, timely, respectful, and has a hardworking team. Luis also has very fair estimates and understood our needs. He was always responsive and never wanted to disappoint. Our house is old and required a lot of work - ductwork, furnace, air conditioning and everything in between. He walked me through the process as best as possible.

Luis and his team did an excellent job with the installation at our home. He came highly recommended from my colleagues and so I decided to go with his company and he did not disappoint. He helped install a new AC unit, moved our existing heater in the attic and added a duct. He quote was very competitive and He is extremely responsive, punctual and very professional. We had Luis install our A/C, which he did himself and with a team of two. We highly recommend him and will be recommending him to our friends and family. Luis worked very efficiently to install my AC and heating system. The systems works well. The price is very reasonable. The work area are clean. Luis is very easy to communicate with. He helped to remove the old AC, cut off the old pipe and even paved the old concrete for safety. We are very happy to have Luis do our project and will definitely refer Luis to my friends who need new heating and air condition system.

Luis and his crew did an excellent job with our install. He was super responsive and provided a very reasonable quote. We ended up installing a new 2 stage furnace and 2 stage A/C in the attic along with new duct work. They finished the job in 2 and a half days and also worked on a Saturday to accommodate our schedule

We have stucco ceiling which was hard to work with for making vents but they did a great job and there was no damage to our ceilings.

Luis also took care of the permit and was always on time.

We definitely recommend Posada's for any HVAC needs.
