Me gusto esta comodo ,buen lugar ,solo esty teniendo un inconveniente con el dinero de deposito q page con mi targeta pero aun no a sido rembolsado y cabe aclarar q ya paso una semana q estuve ahi ....y entrege la abitacion tal cual la encontre

Fantastic room. Absolutely fantastic. We got the two queen bed room with the kitchenette, and for our family of four it was substantially larger than the two queen rooms we normally get at Choice Privileges properties. Very comfortable, very spacious.|The room was very clean overall, all appointments and appliances and things were nice touches and worked fine. The bathroom was also very clean.|The first day, the fellow behind the counter was extremely helpful, kind, polite, supportive, and we really felt like we were in good hands. We had some special requests, and he was accommodating and pleasant. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

When I checked into the room the gentleman Brandon wasn't very nice. He didn't tell me any prices when I asked , he asked if I wanted to check in, when I asked how much for the room he huffed and puffed and said with an attitude, " for one night $91 but a fee of $150 so no one takes anything." Made me feel like a criminal. When we were done checking in, he pointed and said your room is up there you will find it. I only stayed because we were tired after driving 13 hours. The next morning I called to extend the room. I wasn't even checked in!!!!! Brandon didn't check us in at all! The young lady, I think her name was Nadia. Oh my goodness, such a sweetheart. She when beyond the best to get it all straightened out for me. She is absolutely amazing. Now I am waiting patiently to get my deposit back. I didn't know that if you pay by card it take almost 2 weeks to get it back, if it was properly fixed. I would have paid cash if I would have known that. That's something Brandon should have address with customers. Hopefully this never happens to anyone again and well Brandon, he's not very customer friendly and shouldn't be doing front desk work. Rooms were ok, needed to be cleaned better. We had hand prints on the headboards that I wiped down with Clorox wipes, adult handprints, doing adult things, nail polish that looked like blood, other than that, pretty nice.

My stay was fantastic! The room was very clean, cozy, and well-designed. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the little touches like the coffee maker and toiletries. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay!"

I stayed in this place. There is no smoke detector on looks like they stoled it and never replaced it. there was is a blade in my nightstand. There was a a nail like if they font vaccum. There was mold in the windows. They were spiders. I got charged for a towel that didn’t even look dirty. They just were being assholes at this place and charge me for a towel gave me extremely attitude. The AC didn’t even work in our place. We let them know, but the guy was too busy playing Xbox.
