Bueno muy limpio el lugar pero deberían incrementar bebidas en la habitación ya que toca buscar el dispensador y uno estaba fuera de servicio y también que piden una garantía de 50 dólares y cuando sales no te lo entregan y si pagaste con card tienes que esperar que se habilite en tu cuenta pero por lo demás muy bien la.habitacion y la señal de la TV pésima

The area was great. The quality of the room and the cleanliness of things was very poor at best. The towels were filthy all except one. The walls had holes and the paint looked like it had so much dinginess to it you might not want to touch the walls. The furniture had holes. The bed was clean...or at least I didn't see anything questionable. The price was low but this is definitely one of those times where it felt like I got what I paid for. Wouldn't stay here again.

Not only they lied but tried book online at desk now no rooms. They smirked and tried to say $30 more that they agreed. Upset waist my time

Worst experience of my life. Dirty bathroom, floor, towels, sink and roches everywhere. I went wih family, we arrive at 12am today and left at 8am. HORRIBLE HOTEL IN THE USA. When I asked the manager about it, Sam, she told me if I pay an extra $50 / night, she will give me an upgrade room. 🤨🤨🤨

Check in was horrible i arrived around 4pm just for the fd to tell me that my reservation was cancelled due to non payment (mind you i had made this reservation months ahead to lock in a good price) i had told them i made my reservation thru expedia it was prepaid meaning i was going to pay when i arrived they asked me to call expedia where i booked it from i called and they saw my reservation on good standing but didnt know why the hotel was refusing to check me in after an hour of being on the phone with expedia they finally gave me a room but the fd said i had to pay the weekend rate i told her theres no way i got a good quote from Expedia and that’s what im expecting to pay they had to honor it! i had ex on the phone the whole time so they heard everything these crooks were saying so they told me to pay whatever amount they were asking for and i was going to be issued a refund for the difference which i did a few days later.. do not make reservations to this hotel they would try to change the price when you arrive very dishonest and on top of that girl at the desk was catching an attitude as if it was my fault. Never staying here again bad service horrible experience.

This place was a horrible experience. Where do I start...

How about one towel and face cloth previously used. Or the graffiti in the room next to the bathroom. Or how about the stained bed comforter (I'm using comforter very loosely) or the lack of a refund for the false advertising from hotwire.

I would not ever recommend anyone ever stay here. You're much better finding a Airbnb for the same price. You guys need to do better and completely remodel, revamp, and sterilize the entire building. You guys should be disgusted and no one should ever be subjected to such a horrible experience.

Im ersten Moment etwas heruntergekommen, die Zimmer waren jedenfalls ok. Für Kofferreisende : alle scheinbar vermietbaren Zimmer liegen in der 1. Etage, also Kofferschleppen ist angesagt. Die Kaution (USD 50) sollte in Bar hinterlegt werden, da nicht klar ist, wie lange es dauert bis der Betrag von der Kreditkarte gelöscht wird. Reinigung: Zimmer ok, Treppenhaus wurde schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt. Das mehrfach angepriesene Frühstück soll in der Durchgangslobby stattfinden, aber beinhaltet gerademal einen Kaffee.
