and it was one of the worst experiences. Hotel it’s new but it will deteriore fast. of that I’m sure.

Charge extra for the night because I had an emergency and had to leave early the departure date.

Additional the hotel don’t care about what ever it’s going on.

Definitely Not recommended for family stays

Our room was clean, well stocked, quiet and comfortable. We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived and check-in was a breeze. The breckfast that came with the room was good. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Really enjoyed this one. Very comfortable and nice rooms. Gym is excellent with a cable station and pullup bar. Breakfast needs high protein Greek Yoghurt.

I got a comp’d room with Bonvoy points for President’s Day weekend (Sun. Feb 18th - check out Mon. Feb 19th late) I got in around 8pm, the front desk clerk was very helpful and gave me a high floor room nearest the elevators. Overall, it was excellent, no problems except for the bathroom shower, details to come. I had a King studio with small kitchen, and it was nicely furnished. As for the shower, honestly the renovated shower was a bit weird, as it had no curtain or sliding door as I prefer a more ‘closed’ environment when taking a shower. Other than the bathroom shower, everything else was excellent. I stayed up to get breakfast, and I was satisfied. Choices were good, and enjoyed the cereal and yogurt. I got late checkout til 3pm per Bonvoy Platinum, and Thank You to the night auditor with CSUB sweatshirt who helped me with the request. Overall, I would return. FIVE CLAWS UP!!!!! Great property ! Very clean, modern and new, spacious rooms. We only spent one night her eon a road trip and it was just perfect. We were upgraded to a one bedroom (we are Lifetime Titanium) and it was very nice.|Breakfast is excellent, with a on of options and I was so happy I see they are back to regular plates and utensils, no more disposable ones! (some are available for take out though)|If you bring a dog, request a first floor room, it was super convenient. (the pet fee of $150 is astronomical though, but I bet that's a Marriott policy)

From the start this has been a truly deplorable stay (and I’ve only been here 12 hours). I always book with the travel app for my company as I’m here for work this location apparently does not know how to process these even though it has already been paid and I showed them the email that had all the billing information on it. They claimed they did not have a general manager - nor could the call another location that I stay at regularly (as clearly they know how to process the payments). I paid for the room and by company cleared it up with staff as the “operations manager” Melissa was becoming extremely rude.

I get to my room (via a hallway that smells like dirty diapers) and the cabinet doors are hanging onto the hinges for dear life and I have feather pillows on the bed (I always check option for foam as I’m highly allergic)… took over an hour to get new pillows and the staff brining them tried to argue that they were not feather!

I’ll definitely need to find a new hotel if I continue to get sent here for work!!

*** added - the breakfast they show in the pics doesn’t match reality … no fruit bar, just some sad apples. They keep the butter and cream cheese in the back and you have to ask (not that they say this anywhere lol) for them and the staff brings you one at a time.

Upon checkout I asked for a number to contact corporate and the front desk lady (who was very nice and helpful) kept saying “they make it really hard to find this information”… wonder why lol

I was more than disappointed in both the service and check-in experience. Check-in should be seamless, especially when using the app and having stayed over 100 nights in the last 12 months. It appeared the desk clerk was having trouble and the manager did not offer to assist. She was typing away at a computer next to him; and did not offer assistance.
Safe location. Clean hotel. Spacious rooms. Unpleasant staff ruined the experience.

Our room was very nice! The couch uncomfortable other than that I would recommend this hotel!
