Positive: It was a bed and breakfast in the countryside. Very peaceful and quiet. The owner was very informative and available to talk to. The horses and animals are a highlight. Didn't use but enjoyed knowing there is a pool there. Negative: The dirt road up to the front gate was a bit rough but otherwise all was good.

Wish I could add more stars. We stayed over last Friday and Saturday night. I wish we could have stayed longer. Peter and his wife were very welcoming and friendly. It was 28° F (-2.22° C) overnight and we were warm and cozy. We had coffee on the terrace outside our room in the AM and watched the horses. Such a beautiful calm place. We will be back!!

Beautiful B & B Ranch. A bit hard to get to but worth the drive (you need your GPS). Serene location, very nice Ranch, The hosts, Peter and his wife, were very congenial and helpful. The accommodations were spacious with large comfortable bed, ample private bathroom, and breakfast nook with a Keurig coffee maker. The breakfast was simple Continental style (muffins, food bars, oatmeal, juice). WiFi and TV in the room. You get to walk around the ranch and observe their handsome horses. There is a nice indoor swimming pool which we didn’t use.| The town of Inverness is nearby with restaurants and small quaint shops to visit. The area represents unspoiled “Old Florida” with lots of picturesque countryside. Highly reccommended.||—Ralph P.

Peter and his wife are very friendly, the ranch is spectacular, you can watch the horses and disconnect 100%, although the ranch has very good Wi-Fi service. Pay attention to the hotel's rules, check-in time is until 8pm for many reasons, including that before arriving you must follow an uncovered street (it is a short 5-minute stretch) Don't be guided by the GPS, be guided by the instructions sent by the accommodation, and the signs. It really is easy to get there as long as you don't go too late and it gets dark.

I stayed for 3 days 2 years ago and can’t wait to go back! Hopefully this November! My daughter was 8 years old and still remember the cat, dog, horses and the amazing breakfast!! Thank you so much. Hoping to go back soon. Hopefully my daughter wins regional spelling Bee, that way we go to State completion and stay in again!! It’s a win win for all of us!! Horses are so sweet!

This place is impeccable! The owners,staff were amazing! The horses on the property are beautiful! The home, room, privacy, breakfast was above 5 star and just brilliant! My Mother and I just got home yesterday after staying at Rock Pointe Ranch while visiting family in the area. We could not have picked a better location for our stay. Completely private and gated, as we drove up to the main house we stopped along the way to admire the beautiful Gypsy Vanners that are Peter and Nancy’s pride and joy. We were able to walk the grounds and visit with the horses and their 2 German Shepherds. This location is relaxing, tranquil, and made our stay so enjoyable that we are already planning to go back again. The owners of Rock Pointe Ranch are wonderful hosts. Available to answer any questions and offer suggestions of things to do, places to go or eat. I would have liked to have spent more time at the Ranch, but seeing our family was priority. If I could give this review more than 5 stars I would. Looking forward to a return visit as soon as next year.
