We stayed here for my husband's birthday. Room smelled funny and I found hair in the bathtub and bathroom sink. The shower water didn't get hotter than mildly lukewarm. Walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors well after midnight. Giving 2 stars because the bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was amazing. Will not stay here again.

Not what we expected, the room quality was okay. There definitely was a smell and I’m glad I brought candles. It was nice to have a bathtub in the room but I couldn’t get into it. I just felt dirty inside. I rather stay at a Motel 6.

1.The pictures don’t match what it actually looks like very small and not spacious
2. Water faucut was dripping water nonstop and was broken
3. Shower water was cold and especially after a whole day up in the snow all I wanted was a HOT shower but no it was cold. Also shower was dirty
Not worth the 500$ for 2 nights!!
Only decent thing about this place was the location and it was walking distance to heavenly

The pipes there kept us up all night. They are terrible. You can hear when everyone around either takes a shower or flushes the toilet. Horrible! ALSO, before arriving, I was asked via their website if we are celebrating anything and if there is anything that could be done. I said yes and asked for a note to be put in the room saying congratulations on getting the job ! I called to ask if that was done and I was told yes and the room is ready for check in.. and can you guess if the note was there or not when we checked in? NO! I was so disappointed and pissed. Not only was it not there but they lied about even doing it over the phone. DONT OFFER SOMETHING SPECIAL AND THEN NOT DO IT! the young girl at the front starred at me like a deer in the headlight about this. Didn't say a word. Not even sorry. Gross.

A leak in the ceiling directly above the person in right side of the hot-tub, plus half the jets were broken, extremely filthy air vent filter in the bathroom and after we abide by every rule in their paper, no stains, no smoking, whatever; and they still stuck us with the entire room deposit. If you’re planning a trip to Tahoe and want a cheaper room do yourself a favor and just spring for a more expensive room because this one’s gonna charge you the same amount anyway.

Will absolutely not be staying here again.

Not only was the room sub par (cobwebs on lamps, lamps with blown out bulbs, no place to hang wet towels, etc), but in the early hours of the morning, a drunk guest was screaming threats at his wife or girlfriend at the top of his lungs! Tried calling the front desk but no answer, thankfully the cops showed up.

The next morning told the front desk what happened and he acted all surprised that the cops were here. When I asked if they had anyone on site at that time, first he said no, then said he was here (yet he didn't pick up the phone?). We asked for a refund, but he said no, but he would "see what they could do" on our next visit. As if we would ever stay there again.

My wife and I booked a room for 3 nights to celebrate our honeymoon, but a huge storm came through, making it physically impossible for us to get there. We knew that the room was non-refundable, but we thought that the hotel would still work with us with finding new dates for us to stay. Instead, the front desk refuses to let me talk with any manager, constantly giving me the run around saying that the manager is not in and wouldn’t even give me their name. I have been hung up on countless times. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. What type of hotel doesn’t have a manager in town during the biggest storm of the season, ESPECIALLY since it is holiday time with lots of traffic going through the hotel. I have followed up with the Better Buisness Bureau and they have (hopefully) stepped in. I hope this helps others in the future when looking for a “cute” place to stay with your loved ones. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.
