NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUÍ! HAY MUCHOS INTENTOS DE ROBO DE AUTOS Y CRISTALES ROTOS!
Don't stay here unless you want to wake up to a broken car window and attempted robbery!!!
I don't know how the hotel got this rating but if you read the reviews there are a lot of complaints as well.
The hotel doesn't do anything about it, it seems like a common occurrence. We are frequent travelers and it has never happened to us.

We hosted our wedding hotel block at this location, and truly, management and the team made the process as seamless and easy as possible for us. |At every step of the process, they were ready with answers and updates. Below are a few of the compliments we heard over and over again following the weekend. |- The welcome bags we made were ready and waiting in their rooms upon arrival. |- All of their rooms were near each other which made it easy to spend time with one another and coordinate travel to and from wedding events. |- Staff was extremely welcoming and responsive. Guests had a few questions throughout the weekend and they were all appropriately addressed and answered in a timely manner. |- The food was hot and well-prepared each morning.|- The rooms and common areas were clean and tidy. |If you're looking for a seamless hotel block for you AND your guests, look no further than here. Me and my boyfriend spent the weekend at Springhill. We had planned to go out on Saturday but ended staying in bed all day! The bed was one of the comfiest beds we have slept in throughout our traveling experiences. |Also, Janell checked me in and she was very sweet! She wished me a happy birthday when she found out that was what I was there for. Overall, best experience! Will definitely be back!

This was one of the best stays I have ever had. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. Their work out room is very nice and great amenities. The beds are so comfortable and almost brand new bedding. I will definitely be staying at this place again if I need to in the future.

Location is great! Safe area with plenty of great restaurants nearby! Room was clean and everyone had great customer service! Greatly appreciated an employee finding us before we left as we had left something important in our room! Thank you!

The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable and there is a good assortment of items for breakfast.
The only issue I had was the layout of the room. The beds face the bathroom and the frosted glass door to the bathroom does not darken the room enough, so if another person gets up and turns the bathroom light on during the night, it wakes the sleeping person up. Knowing this, we take a small plugin nightlight to use in the bathroom at night. This is our "go to" hotel in NW Austin when we visit our family.
