Great location You're right in the center of everything. The room we had the Neptune room had great amenities. Access to their beautiful deck. A full kitchen. Plenty of coffee and the good stuff too Pete's. The shower was simply amazing. They put in a king size bed with they should have put it a queen with no side tables very irritating to my wife and myself. You could only get in the other side of the bed by crawling over the other person. The ceiling fan, they had no extensions on it to turn on the light or to change the speed of the fan I had to climb up on a chair, I'm over 70 to turn on the light and change the fan speed. Then there is the bathroom. With just a few dollars more they could have designed this a little bit better. There's a pedestal sink and a mirror and a commode. But if you're over 6 ft tall and weigh any more than 180 lb you will not fit on the commode. The sink! That's just it there's no medicine cabinet or shelves to put anything on and if you're a woman you know what the heck I mean you need stuff. That was one of the biggest complaints from my wife as she was able to use the top of the six drawer Chester drawer which was great for storing our clothes. All in all we had a great experience. But more thoughts have been put into this room. I'm sure other rooms are better. We originally were to be in the magnolia room which from what I heard was excellent. But due to situations beyond our control we had to reschedule our visit. We will at some point in time be returning but when we do we're going to ask some specific questions about the room

This place could use a handyman. Dated and very used. No smoke detectors. Iffy locks on the balcony doors. Broken lamp on the nightstand. "Filtered" water didn't taste filtered. I suggest turning down or off the balcony lights at night so guests can sleep in the dark because curtains/blinds weren't enough. At least the place had a relaxed vibe and the coffee was well stocked. I appreciated the fridge and microwave.

Great get-a-way with so much charm and super staff! Not right on the beach so was more quiet and we could see the ocean and the bay from our room. Huge breezy veranda and comfy rockers. Will return!

There are only a couple of hotel options on the island and next time we will try someplace else. In our opinion, this property was overpriced and barely acceptable. ||The primary issue was the air conditioning. When we arrived the temperature in our room was too cold and there was no way to adjust it. When I went to the desk to ask if there was way to make it a little warmer, they explained that the thermostat was in the hallway, and that it controlled the temperature in several rooms. So they could only adjust it slightly. ||Apparently this is an issue in that room, based on the attached photo which shows the vent plugged up with cardboard. 🤣||That said, the bed was OK and the TV was fine.

We really enjoyed our stay here for me and my wife. Bed was comfortable. Room was spotless clean. The shower head was the best I’ve ever stayed at and the shampoo was Tommy Bahama that smelled so good. It has a big porch with chairs that were really nice. When we come back we will definitely be staying here every time! Highly recommend it.

Cute and quirky. Short walk to beach. Ocean view only from 3rd floor and quite a walk up. Internet never worked. We came at night, 3rd floor lights were out. Website says desk open til 8 pm; we arrived at 7 and they were leaving. Winter trip— I can see this would be fun place to stay with kids in summer. Keurig in room. Weird tv setup/channels.
