I am a tenant at Station Park Green and I just wanted to share my great experience with Lucinda. i recently had 7 boxes of medical supplies delivered and the delivery company is supposed to bring them to my door because I am in a wheelchair. They left the boxes outside the mailroom which is quite a distance from my apartment. I called the leasing office and explained my situation to Lucinda and She did not hesitate to say she would bring the boxes to my apartment. It took a lot of effort on her part but she got all the boxes to my apartment. I am very grateful for her help and every experience I have had with Lucinda She has had a great positive attitude. Nice to know people still care. Thank You from the heart Lucinda.

I’ve lived here for 3 years in 3 different unit.
Prepare for the 1000$+ extra charge when move out. They sent me a 1600$ bill for replacing everything in a studio.
Also their rent price went up 10% every year which is non-negotiable.

Plus:
1. Elevator constantly out of service
2. The lintel on the window was not fixed and it fell off almost hurt people, took 2 weeks to fix

Amazing team - Victor and Joie was super helpful and made it easy to tour the apartment. We looked at 17 other places and they were the best.

Jason, Rimi and Lucinda were amazing with the move-in. They made our experience seamless.

Jose showed up the same day for minor maintenance request we made on our move in day. I've lived there only a few days but so far the place is great and the team is even better.

My wife and I toured the property. We had trouble getting in with the code provided. However; we encountered two young gentlemen (Francisco and Fernando) and they were extremely helpful. They provided a code for us to be able to trip the property as we were having trouble getting a hold of the office. Not only did they provide a great customer service but they helped us tour the property. We previously had bad experience with technicians at our old property and seeing these two young gentlemen be extremely helpful and prompt to our rescue has motivated us to highly consider moving in to this property

I don’t live there but I’d like to share my experience of apartment hunting with Jesse in their leasing office. He is very friendly and helpful. I had a lot of questions, such as the model of the stove and AC. He was very patient and helped to ask other teams and gave me the answers quickly. I had some bad experiences with self guided tour mainly because it’s hard to find ways. Though the tour in this apartment is semi self guided, which means nobody will show up, but they call you and guid you through the phone call. If possible I would recommend you find Jesse to help you😀

I have stayed 2 years in 2 different buildings in this apartment complex, and have faced many issues, specially in one of the buildings.

1. Insufficient parking - the lease guarantees me one parking spot in the garage but it often fills up leaving me with nowhere to park (even with parking tags).

2. Package misdelivery and theft - I've literally found my package in the delivery room ripped open with half the items missing.

3. Trash rooms are extremely unhygienic

4. I had to stay a long period without a functional refrigerator, as the maintainance folks missed ordering a replacement on time.

The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is the help I've received from Rimi to track down some of my packages (significant sentimental value). This was when all other representatives feigned helplessness. Essex needs more employees like her.

I have lived here for one year. The leasing office is awful. They intended to charge me twice for my last 10 days renting and very unreasonable move out cleaning charge for about $900. I already seek for small claim court for help. During time living here, the garage management is bad , the cleaning and maintenance of the common space is bad. The noise from the street and station is also a big problem. Worse apartment I have ever lived. The leasing office is extremely not responsible.
