Decent location. Pretty clean, simple, no frills place to stay. Pillows and bed could be more comfortable but for the price we paid it was just fine! Walls super thin so that was a bit annoying late at night.

Just wanted to mention the great service I received from Ramiro and Alex this weekend as my family and I came in town for the Texas football game weekend.

We had a challenge that they went out of their way to solve Alex truly put me, the customer, first to solve a problem that they didn't create. Above and beyond care and support. YES!

The room was clean and more than enough for our needs and the price to stay was great too.

I'll be back for sure.

This place grew on me, so I'm going to talk about the positives first. The staff is friendly, helpful, and prompt following up with requests. Cleaning is done once per week, and the maid did an excellent job tidying up--not just cleaning but with how she handled our belongings throughout the place (e.g., toiletries on the bathroom sink). Everything is classy and comfortable in the apartments, just like in the photos. It was peaceful and quiet, and I felt safe throughout our stay. There's a gym with a bike, treadmill, elliptical machine, dumbbell set, and a couple of mats for stretching. I also like the courtyard with turf and places to sit, because it's like having a patio or yard at home. It's reasonably priced for the size and quality of space. So, I definitely recommend this place!

However, there were some things that could've been better. When we arrived, the smell of cleaning products was so strong that, after we checked in and went out for the evening, I could smell the apartment in my clothes. Our friend who also stayed here did not have such a strong smelling apartment, so I wonder if the staff had tried to compensate for a previous guest having smoked in the apartment or something. The smell dissipated over the course of 2-3 days, and it was nice for the rest of the stay. Unfortunately, the gym has a very strong rubber smell too.

The apartments are well equipped, but there are some things that we immediately wished we had (and that you might want to bring from home or buy upon arrival):
- Paper towels
- Dish towel
- Dish scrubber/sponge
- Dishwashing liquid (e.g., Dawn)
- Dishwashing detergent (Only one capsule is provided.)
- Dish drying rack
- Hand soap (One small bar is provided at the bathroom sink, but there's also the kitchen sink.)
- White noise machine and ear plugs (With almost all solid surfaces, there's not much noise absorption, and noises carry across the place. If one person wants to sleep while someone else is doing anything else, noise reduction would be helpful.)

The apartment style is extremely convenient. It had all the amenities we needed and space with allowed for us to spread out and be comfortable. Modern, clean, affordable.

I stayed here on a three day vacation with my family to watch the Texas Aggies football game! The rooms were well organized and clean. I was surprised with how spacious the rooms were and having no difficulties with anything. I loved that they are pet friendly and have an outdoor area to have cookouts or hangouts. Even the location to stay here is beneficial since everything is close by if you want to go eat or just explore. The people that stayed here were also very considerate and friendly to keep noise quiet at a certain time. Thank you to Alex for helping us out with anything we needed! Such a great and welcoming guy.

So far, our stay has been nice. Our fridge wasn't working, so we plugged it into another outlet, and it worked. Rooms are very nice and clean. I would recommend this place to everyone.
