Great value. Clean and modern. Only tradeoffs are the street noise and sketchy folks in and outside the hotel. You get what you pay for. If you're on a budget and aren't fussy about the latter, I'd recommend.

I periodically find myself in the Eureka area on business and since I am a small business owner keeping travel costs down is a priority. The kitchenettes available at studio six are great because they allow me to prepare food as if I were home instead of being dependant on restaurants and takeout. The rooms are newly remodeled and the beds are comfy. The staff is very very helpful and are on site 24 hours a day ( I know this because the manager helped me jump my car at 5am when I needed to leave to beat traffic on my way home. I will definitely stay there again.

The room was remodeled and clean. The bed was comfortable. The stay however was awful. We stopped here after a long day of driving and just needed some sleep. We were unable to sleep as the people next door to us were selling drugs from their room. There would be a knock on the door every 30-45 minutes. Homeless walking all over the parking lot and sidewalk next to our room. I will not be staying here again. If you are looking for a safe and quiet place to sleep this is not the place.

Fantastic stay! Safe property. Rooms are recently completely remodeled! Full kitchenette, common sense storage, extra sink with vanity mirror, more towels than you can possibly use. Our room was extremely clean. Beds and bedding was comfortable and we slept great! Property management was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location! Walking distance to eateries, entertainment, bars, museums, even the police station! Pleasantly shocked by how low priced our stay was considering the amenities and room itself!

Location to Old Town Eureka was within walking, which was great. On a main road so be prepared for road noise and there are homeless people roaming around but they don't bother anyone but watch where you walk. The room was as pictured. Clean , updated and kitchen with cooking/serving utensils. Lower room and could hear people in room above walking around and moving chairs. Would definitely recommend if those small things don't bother you and since we was out doing the tourist thing during the day it didn't bother us.

Walked into a spotlessly clean room but the odor of cleaning liquids was over whelming. I opened all the windows for about a half hour to get some fresh air. My HVAC was loud in room 116 and I found it difficult to sleep with it on. You can hear the other rooms some but it was not a problem, the beds & pillows are excellent, very comfortable. I made my reservation via Expedia and when I arrived, they did not have it. They honored the pricing and gave me a room, not sure if it is the hotel's fault or the website. Good price given hotels are pretty expensive in Eureka.

We stopped here on our way through. The rooms have been remodeled and look ok. The light from outside flooded the room through the doorframe and our windows had a film on them so you could not see through. Lots of noise from traffic and people all night. I am positive I was woken by gunshots. My husband wanted to get a cold water but the machine was broken the staff gave him directions to the store and warned him not to walk any further. Bit of an All around scary situation.

Great location. Cleaned it up alot in the last couple of years and it shows. We will return. Good place for the budget and within walking distance of everything we come to do and just a hop, skip and jump across the bridge to the ocean. Nice staff. Great little kitchenette
