The rooms are really clean and from the first day we stood here we had excellent service. The front desk is very respectful and always there to help when needed. I would recommend staying here not just because of the amazing staff but the location is amazing because you have all the food restaurants and grocery stores walking distance. So five stars it is keep up the good work staff. And thank you for hospitality.

Rooms are really clean place is really clean and staff are friendly . The best part of this Motel 6 is the onsite manager James. He is the coolest manager ive come across and made my etay better!! I recommend this place and give it five stars !!! Its been the best Motel I've ever been in and I stayed in a lot of motels!! It's important for a friendly staff and cleanliness and I approve!! I want to thank the manager James and say good luck with your beautiful family!! He has the cutest little boys!!

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, and has a full sized fridge, coffee maker (with free coffee), toaster, and microwave. Sheets looked brand new. Area has a little bit of a transient problem, but no one disturbed me, stay was peaceful, and there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

My kitchen caught fire so my insurance paid for my stay here. The owner is a very caring person who's main goal is to make your stay here memorable and some place you'd like to come back to. It's pretty quiet and close to the main street so there are restaurants close by I recommend this place as a number 1 place to stay for the buck$.

They remodeled from “California Budget Motel” to studio 6 but kept the same old employee She was rude and gave the expression of not wanting to do anything. “Water was cut off , do you still wanna stay?”. I said yes I already have a reservation. Are you paying cash or credit? … I paid on the app…. Her face was in disbelief. Eventually I got my room. and it smelled horrible of cigarettes. Sprayed it down with Lysol. Plus I did not sleep at all. This neighborhood is LOUD!! Crackheads behind the building making all this noise at 2-3 in the morning. Neighbor was showering at 5am and I could hear the LOUD water going through…. Never again I’m staying here. No sound proofing anywhere .
