Needed an ADA room but got more than expected. Parking is right in front of the room. The entire bathroom was a roll in shower making it so easy. Didn’t have to transfer to a seat. Water pressure and temperature were great! Ice machine could have been closer.

The manager went above and beyond to help me with a situation regarding a third party booking mistake. The manager and staff are very accommodating, friendly, and hard-working. The rooms are very spacious, modern, beautiful and clean. I loved my stay and appreciated how helpful and welcoming the staff is. I will definitely be coming back and staying anytime I’m in the area. I highly recommend.

This place would be so nice if they could just do something about the transient-looking guys smoking all over the balconies and living on the stairs at night. During the day, the place seems totally nice. But when the sun goes down, all these zombies start emerging from these rooms---and how in the world they afford to live in this place permanently, I have no idea---and you will realize it was a terrible mistake to bring your kids to this freaking Motel 6. At night there will be a smoking dude with a barking pit bull (of course) blocking each of the staircases, and they will not move when you're trying to get your kids up the stairs they're too busy playing Candy Crush.

Edit: Now it's escalated to brazen criminal activity based in this place and I was tempted to call 911 but the LA County Sheriffs are inept is why these fools are so brazen (surprise I'm local but actually staying is why I have such a keen interest in this motel) so maybe it's better if people just know what's going on. So I'm out smoking in the designated area far from the stairs after my kids are asleep, on the curb so this car can't see me pulling in until he's there and it's all custom and he's bumping terrible techno loud like a caricature of a drug dealer in a movie and I sit there smoking as long as I can bear it and another dude is pacing behind the car and I just want to shout at him to buy his drugs and get out of here but when I go back to my room is when it gets better because every single window in this place is in plain view of the criminal activity taking places in the parking lot. The driver gets out of the vehicle and goes to the trunk and the way he was looking around like if anyone was watching, I thought I might actually see a dead body in the trunks. But no it was a bunch of backpacks. If it wasn't drugs, they're taggers but that's probably even more icky, if less dangerous? But he like checks the contents of one backpack all looking around constantly like "I hope no one is watching other than these 35 dark windows facing me". Then these two other dudes come out of first floor rooms and get in the car and go to do some nefarious activity with the backpacks which neither the LA County Sheriffs nor these hotel operators will ever do anything about so don't bring your kids here.

This is one of the greatest hotels of all time and Zach at the front desk will really help you with great professionalism and care. The other front desk people were great also. The cleaning staff are also great. My wife and I stayed here for three weeks because after the first four days we loved it so much we just booked more time. Very short walk to a lot of Chinese and Vietnamese supermarkets (Hoa Binh/GW/Ranch 99) and restaurants (Pho And/Karina Tacos)and Asian malls and markets as well. We will definitely be coming back. Didn't think this would actually be good and comfortable. Had a king bed room, it was spacious, big, and even had a seperate room like design for the kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, sink, and a stove). Although by the road, didn't hear a sound once the windows are closed and AC turned on. Stayed for 4 nights, had housekeeping come in everyday to clean. The only drawback- breakfast. it's a small check-in lobby, and is served with coffee and small food item, hopefully will get better.

I see the mixed reviews and understand that everyone differs in what they believe the standards of excellence are. We stayed her for three nights and the only complaint is I needed more coffee (personal problems). Rooms were clean and organized; no disturbances outside, comfortable beds. What else do you need? I would recommend this Travelodge and would stay here again. I absolutely love the one entrance/exit for security in its own little enclosure. |

A staff who works says they clean pillow case and bed sheets after guests leave. When I checked into this hotel, I found 3 long hairs. 1 on a pillow, another one on other pillow and the other one under the pillow on the bed sheet. The staff first told me he would give me a full refund but later after he talks to his manager, the manager did not approve it. The manager said there is nothing he will do about this. His name is Zach Shaikh. Basically they are just telling me to just sleep on this bed. Wow..

The facility looked fine but the room was very noise to get into sleep, for example 1) the traffic sounded like next to a busy freeway; 2) the heater was so loud in every 10 or 15 minutes to keep the room setting temperature set at 76 deg. F; 3) the upper floor walk steps and adjacent units' people talking sounds can be heard. Plus, 4) the pillows were so uncomfortable; 5) the restroom did not have exhaust fan; 6) One of the cell phone cannot connect to the Wi-Fi, the cell phone has no connection problem when we stayed at many Wyndham resorts and other hotels before.
