VERY convenient to Santana Row and other shopping mall. On quiet side street. Clean, safe parking, all amenities. We will return. Only thing is : if one of your doors communicates with the room next to it, you can hear your neighbors when they speak/run the TV loudly.

Got the basic studio. We had everything we needed for a week stay. I love that the kitchen had everything we needed. Best of all, so clean!! Better than the chain hotels that's a hit or miss when it comes to cleanliness. There's secure parking and laundry machines. The front desk and managers are always helpful. Michelle gave me a tour of the other rooms. The basic studio room just seems small and no streaming on TV. But when I go back, I'll book the one bedroom. Prime location. Totally worth it! We will come back every 3 months!

Update on review: May I suggest you add a bed or at least have a sofa bed in the one bedroom units? Would very much want to come back but my son is a teenager now and we can't be on the same bed. You'll get more clients if you accommodate more than 2 people in a reservation.

This is an average place to stay but generally it is very well located to Westfields which has an array of stores to eat, for retail therapy and to just get out and walk around. We had a slight delay of getting in on arrival as the reception has just closed. The actual studio apartments were clean, however , one was near the smokers corner and you can imagine the air quality was poor even though the window was not open. The air con units could do with a makeover as well as the furnishings. TV was not smart and you weren't able to programme any fave channels. A good place to lay your head down, clean, comfortable bed but not somewhere to hang out generally. Our studios were on the ground and had carpet so not like the photo. Had to wash and dry our towels and buy cleaning materials as you will be charged extra of you leave rubbish in the room. Come prepared with those things.

Not clean. Found a roach in my room. I told the staff they offered to spray my room. Ventilation not great. Amenities minimal. They make you sign paperwork that says if you don’t clean your own room they will charge you an extra cleaning fee. Beds are very uncomfortable, I woke up with back pain every morning. Basically a motel.

I stayed here for 5 weeks to help my daughter and son in law after the birth of their baby. I only hold back the fifth star because the bed and the pillows were quite firm. I bought my own pillows and when I return I will probably buy a mattress topper if I stay a long time. The place is very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. I had one small issue that was immediately addressed and fixed. Room has air conditioning that works great. Rooms have dishes refrigerator coffee pot etc. there is a separate kitchen you can use with an oven ( rooms only have cook tops) and there is also a big room you can reserve for just you and any guests if you want to have people over. The kitchen is right across from the giant living room/ entertainment room. I searched many VRBO and air bnb but when you add the fees in at the end the prices that seemed reasonable become exorbitant. I will definitely stay here again. It is located 2 blocks from Santana Row, and from a super giant high end luxury mall that has every store you can imagine inside. Lots of fun things to do within easy walk distance and I loved the secure gated parking. Didn’t worry about crime, felt very safe!

There are only a few quality no-weird-issues extended stay aparthotels in the bay area and this is one of them. Often fully booked so book well in advance. Gated parking ($10/night) is a big plus and the vending machine offers microwavable rice.

There's no housekeeping unless you order it for an extra charge, so be prepared to do your own laundry.

I stayed in the studio room during my visit, and it was more spacious than I expected, offering all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location is excellent, with Santana Row just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants in the vicinity.

I'd like to extend a special thank you to the wonderful staff at the front desk, Ami, Faye, and Michelle. They were incredibly friendly and made my stay even more enjoyable. Their exceptional service added a personal touch to my experience.

Its near Santana raw but is this location actually good? Is it worth the visit? The rooms are less than Okay for the price. Reception takes for ever to prepare or check you in at anytime. They do not have 24/7 desk. This place is not a HOTEL, Its a SCAM. Before you book here, this location has all the fake reviews, as you can see as each person has one review.

If you want to come here, make sure you bring your own towels. You have to pay for a ridiculous parking which is the only location you have to pay for parking across all CA. Front desk the most rude person, and their prices are ridiculously expensive to what they ask you to do. I highly encourage you to stay away from this location.
