The sunset palm hotel was and wasnt horrible , firstly is tha bad things. First are the rooms , the room we stayed in was 266 and it was infested with mold and roches , AND MIND YOU WE HAD TO LIVE HERE FOR ABOUT TWO YEARS , but the staff are nice etc . Also the A.C damaged and the carpet around it was soaked and the rent was raised to 925 MONTHLY , so i definitely do not recommend this place its horrible and the manager is very rude and disrespectful like i was looking at other revews and im in otter shock of what this man has done , and theres allot of crazy people and smokers there and the police are always there gor sombaydo calling of anything in general.

Bad enviroment, most of the hotel is abandoned dirty rooms, roaches are all over the room we stayed in, the room smells like cigarettes, there arent any refunds and you must pay as you can reserve they force you to pay when on the phone, the beds are full of stains. Never again in this horrible place.
