My family stayed here for a week on vacation. The location was wonderful with a lot of restaurants, stores, and activities nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a private balcony to enjoy. Housekeeping doesn't bother you and was super friendly. Instead of knocking every day, you simply call the front desk if you need anything, and they stop by with it. This was great for us as we often had a sleeping baby or kids. The only downfall is that there is a really small pool. Lots of tables with chairs and umbrellas to enjoy on a patio as well. Highly recommend!

I was there for my mom funeral with other family members. Keisha, the manager is a sweetheart. She accompanied our every need. The rooms were clean and spacious. I felt safe and secure, the breakfast was great. Even the guest were friendly. I'm already recommending SureStay in my conversations.

Upon check-in the front door was locked with another guest waiting to be checked in (2pm in the afternoon) she said she’d been waiting almost an hour, called with no answer. I joined in on the wait and after about 30 mins someone showed up to check us in. After check in we got to our room and found red spots all over the towels, we called the front desk- no answer. Found roaches in the bathroom. The following morning, still without towels. We go downstairs, front door is locked again, no answer on the phone. I ended up walking to the hotel next door and borrowing towels so we could shower. There was no breakfast as mentioned. Not sure what was going on but there wasn’t a receptionist there for the 3 days we stayed there. Took 24 hours to get clean towels, had no coffee in the room, roaches and dirty floors. I spilled water in the floor and used a dirty red spotted towel to clean it up and the towel was literally black. See attached photo for 1 of the roaches that was found.

Why oh why is the check-in office ridiculously hard to locate? I drove past it three times and finally had to ask next door. I also tried to check-in at the HI next door because entry signage is terribly confusing. The facility is very pretty. I didn’t swim in the low 40°water, but pools and courtyard were well-kept. I really loved that SureStay is a motel with parking right outside my room. I think Hotel is a misnomer: hotels have inside hallways. When you enter rooms directly from outside, it is a motel. This distinction may be important to guests (like me) when choosing a place to stay. * This comment is actually regarding the HIE next door since I was told they have same owners. The clerk was lovely. After driving around the parking lot looking for your office, I returned there and asked her. She actually walked me over to the SS office in the ⤵️40°weather!! Kudos to her.

I want going to give this review because the man that was in the office at night took care of the situation and him and the morning shift lady promised that they would take care of us. Well after a week and after sending them the photos we still have not had any contact from this location. I am including the photos of our bed that we were given so someone else can avoid this location. We will not be returning. P.S. we have no idea what this liquid is.

Scary place. Hammer marks on door entry, dirt all over floor, including nail clippings….top sheets old, with snarls….breakfast area like the worst gas station with coffee stains and general nastiness from entry to exit. Can’t say how horrible. We left less than 10 minutes in room. The photos are not illustrative Wished I photographed everything but this was nasty.

When we arrived, our room had a foul musty smell. Luckily, I had some air spray, which helped. I immediately noticed the carpet looked dingy, and then saw a dark round spot (pet pee?), that I covered with a towel. The bathroom door looked like a child painted it, and the hinges were all rusted. The neighbors woke us up at 5:15 am talking, so I guess the walls are pretty thin. The pool was very small with leaves in it, and is located in the back corner of the parking lot. The price was good, the shower was good, and we were walking distance to Spanish Springs town square and restaurants. I will not stay there again.

I made a reservation around 10 am today, for 4 nights. We arrived to check in around 8 pm today, and were told that our reservation had been cancelled due to “somebody under 21 with the same name trying to check in that morning.” I find this impossible to believe, we are both well over 21. We were told to make a new reservation, we couldn’t even get a room at the desk. Very strange situation. Manager on the phone with the woman at the front desk, sounded very unhelpful and rude. I understand mistakes happen but this was just odd.
