We thoroughly enjoyed our recent 2 nights at Sweet Magnolia Inn. We drove down from Birmingham, Alabama to bike the St. Marks trail. We found check-in to be very straight forward and easy (great communication!). There was a spot to keep our bikes, our room was clean and pleasant, we enjoyed the massage chair, and unexpectedly used the pool table. I haven't played pool in about 35 years, but it seemed like a "date" with my husband when he suggested we use the pool table out on the back deck! The town is walkable and the bike trail is right around the corner. It was nice to come back from a bike ride to Tallahasee and back to a snack and a soda along with some time in the massage chair! All in all a very nice trip, thank you!

The Sweet Magnolia Inn is amazing. The owners are a darling couple, their INN is full of Southern Charm! The rooms are immaculate, the location is in a very safe area! I’m travel from St.Petersburg to attend Florida State Games and this Inn is the only place for me!

We found a diamond in the rough! Melissa was very inviting when we showed up after a long day on the motorcycle. The room was very nice with a king bed. Super quiet and in a nice location. The shower was amazing!! We would recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area! Thank you for the great experience. It was far superior to the Days Inn the night before and was cheaper!

We stayed here for a couple of nights. We had the mermaid room. Very nice accommodating to all of our needs. Definitely five stars. There are a couple of things that we would have liked different for us, but it doesn't mean everyone would want the same thing. This is just a suggestion, and by no means should it take away from the beautiful location. A small microwave in the room would have been nice to warm up a cup of coffee. They do have many great things to choose from downstairs but would have liked to have the option of a microwave in a room. A large microwave downstairs would have been nice also to warm up any leftovers. This is just a preference of ours. The last and final suggestion we have is that the door should have some type of weatherstripping around it. There was quite a bit of light coming through.. please keep in mind that this is an interior door to the inner part of the house. Just for privacy. It may be possible to put some type of door sweep on the bottom of some of the light from the center corridor area. Definitely love this place, and you will, too Refreshing Art Studio

Beautiful room, wonderful hosts!! Well stocked cute kitchen area with all kinds of coffees, teas, other beverages, as well as and snacks and munchies. Enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a waypoint | on a weeklong motorcycle trip and basically threw a dart on a map. We knew nothing about this place or this town, but threw caution to the wind and headed out, and the sweet magnolia inn was our first stop. We stayed two nights. The hosts John and Melissa are super sweet and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. There is an endless supply of snacks and beverages. If you’re looking for a loud town with endless night life options, this is not your place. We explored the nearby st marks lighthouse preserve and ended up staying there all day wandering the trails and beaches looking for wildlife. We can’t recommend this place enough for a getaway. ||Give them a consideration.

We had a wonderful time at the sweet magnolia Inn. The owners are very hospitable and cyclist friendly. The inn is within walking distance to the st marks trail The rooms are spacious, clean and refreshing. The owners are just a text away if you need help. The town is peaceful and the residents are very kind. We will definitely be back.
