The management/owners are trying, but it's an uphill struggle. This is a small hotel, somewhat overpriced due to its location close to the beach, but no ocean view. The building is old and located in a dirty alley with garbage, the neighborhood is sketchy and parking is cramped. The room was clean and spacious, with old furniture but a new mattress, but there was no separate bathroom (so, washbasin and shower in the bedroom). The worst was that we could hear every step on the floor above us. No other hotel services. If staying close to the beach is your prime requirement, this will be fine, otherwise be advised that for the same price there are nicer hotels in nicer neighborhoods.

Exterior a bit worse for wear, the the interiours are spacious and clean. Nice great location (quite a few homeless though). Had an issue with car getting towed in the parking lot. I was furious at first of course. Young man at front was very calm/professional/apologetic. They compensated us and were honorable people.

We paid almost $225 for one night and it was the worst night I’ve ever had.
1. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. Good luck with sleeping.
2. The front office and the room had very odd smell and I just dislike it. It’s really strong…
3. The restroom has dirty and filthy toilet cleaning tools and you can see them because they right right next to the toilet.
4. The parking is awful.
5. Homeless people are hanging around the corner of the Jack in the box.
6. Just old and dirty.
7. We had to hear a couple having sex in the morning at 2:30 am and 7:30am with our 4 and 2 year old kids.

Perfect for our cruise stays .. Close to the Beach ( 500 ft ) , Grocery & Convenient stores right next door , Fast Food and restaurants all within walking distance. This is our 3rd stay , Rooms are ok , Comfortable, Clean , No frills , and that’s ok . (we’re only here for 18 hrs) Great price and stay for someone on a budget..

Positive: Good shower, clean room, good towels, good beds. Negative: No room service (had to ask for clean towels late each day), tv and HVAC did not work on arrival, parking is difficult, all 3 nights only lukewarm water for shower at night (hot water in early morning and late afternoon). No coffee in room or in lobby.

The rooms are not as nice as the photos. The beds and bathrooms were clean. The base boards are filthy and should be repainted. The room I stayed in had a hole in the floor and smelled like cleaning solution and mildew. The mgmt was nice about upgrading me at no cost to the King Deluxe after I expressed dissatisfaction with the Queen Deluxe Room but I was grossed out by that room too (shown in the oics). There was some sort of gel on the bed cover, the dirty floor boards and the bed frame was stained and gross. The location is great but the inn is more of a motel pretending to be a cute little inn.

The rooms were ok but parking is limited. The TV didn't work correctly. The room cleaning was not completed on time. 3pm promised but closer to 5pm before it was ready. A great location as it is very close to the beach.

This hotel is very overpriced. We stayed in room 15. There are no views in the hotel and we looked at a seedy apartment complex. The room is large and the layout is good. The desk clerk is friendly. However, the room itself is very very beat up and there has been no maintenance for years. Lights don't work, paint is peeling or scuffed, the vinyl flooring is coming up in spots, there are holes in the walls and scuffs. The room just has not been maintained. If this was an inexpensive hotel, I'd get it, but the room was over $300/night. There are only six or seven parking spots for fifteen rooms and the lot is crazy to get in and out of. It took two of us and many minutes to try to escape the lot without dinging any cars. Take a look at the photos and you will see what I am talking about.
