We had a wonderful experience living at the Gallery at Playa Pacifica! The apartments are very nice. Great amenities, especially the pools. One of the pools they really do keep warm all year round!!
If something is not in working order, the maintenance crew is excellent. They come quickly and are very friendly. Jerry and Ali were really helpful!
The front office staff REALLY does go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. Shayra and Sunam are fantastic at their jobs and are some of the nicest people you could ever meet.
We want to thank the Gallery staff for making our time at the Gallery such a great place to live.

I’ve lived here for about 6 months now and have had great experiences with the maintenance team. Ali came by on a Saturday to fix an issue I was having and did such a great job! Sanam was also awesome in helping to get it all sorted out! Great staff overall.

Playa Staff are prompt, professional, friendly, and informative. Our apartment of 15 years had some issues that affected our neighbours. Plays staff responded immediately, within the hour, and contracted a team to begin solving the problem. Although the process was a bit uncomfortable, Jerry’s daily assurance and progress reporting gave us a better outlook and resolve. After all the repairs and final touches, our home is better than we would ever have expected. Thank You Playa Team for standing in the gap for your tenants, when they need it most. Outstanding Accommodations.

Ali is wonderful, he came and fixed the issues we had with both of our sinks with no hassle or fuss, along with giving us some sage advice. He is always friendly and welcoming around the property regardless of what time in the day it is.

The maintenance crew here is always very friendly, professional, and helpful. They always fix my requests quickly and are responsive. I am grateful for all their help. Alfredo was also very attentive and checked and other requests I had. I appreciate their quick and efficnet repairs

I recently toured an apartment, and I had such a great experience! Even though I’m not moving until 2025, I wanted to check out some options early, and this place really impressed me. First off, the staff was amazing. They were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I’m not planning to move for a while, but they didn’t rush me at all. Instead, they took their time to show me around and answer all my questions. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people find the right fit. The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained. The landscaping, the pool, the gym... everything looked spotless. I loved how modern and stylish the apartments were. One thing that stood out was how much they focus on making life easy for their residents. From the on-site maintenance to package delivery services, they’ve really thought of everything. Even though my move-in date is still a year away, I’m definitely keeping this property at the top of my list. The great atmosphere and helpful staff made a huge difference. I’m excited to come back when it’s closer to my moving date in 2025!
