The monthly community events hosted by Kylie, Stephanie, and the office staff are absolutely amazing! They truly go above and beyond to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere for all residents. You can tell they genuinely care about the community, and their efforts are one of a kind.

Tino, the maintenance supervisor, is just as incredible. He’s always on top of everything and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of. Whether it’s offering a helping hand after hours or just being around to assist, his dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s also wonderful to see him and the team around the property on weekends—it makes us residents feel like we’re truly part of a well-cared-for community.

This team is the heart of the community, and their hard work really makes a difference!

This has been a rather disappointing review to write. I've been living at The Morgan for half a year now. Brock and Cathy were amazing and were always responsive. The new people, not so much.

During the recent storm, our ceiling started leaking and we called maintenance (12/13). They put a bucket to collect the water. They came in the next day and put plastic cover. This is what my living room looked like before and the photos of what it currently looks like. Far from luxury living. The maintenance (from a company called The Plant) said they'll be back on Mon. There's another storm on Tue and they want to wait for other potential leaks.

I've recently just had surgery and have been pleading The Morgan all day to expedite the repair as this poses a hazard for my safety. I'm not sure if they're taking my concern seriously, but I'm seriously concerned they are not. I hope this reaches the proper channels, or warn people who are considering to live at The Morgan.

As a proud cat parent, finding a rental property that not only allows pets but also prioritizes their well-being was a top priority for me. I was pleasantly surprised by how the management team at The Apartment Collection at Bay Meadows and The Morgan exceeded my expectations. Here are just a few reasons why I feel so fortunate to have found this exceptional team:

Warm Welcome: Samantha and her team greeted me and my feline companions with open arms. Their genuine enthusiasm for pets made us feel instantly at home.

Pet-Friendly Amenities: The Apartment Collection at Bay Meadows and The Morgan boast an array of pet-friendly amenities, to creating a comfortable environment for all residents and their pets. From a pet-wash station, play areas and pet waste stations, it's clear that our pets' needs are a top priority.

Safety First: Stefanie, Kylee, Samantha and Charles have been instrumental in ensuring the safety of our four-legged friends. They promptly address any concerns, from securing common areas to providing valuable advice on pet care. I've never felt more secure in knowing that my cats are in good hands.

Exceptional Service: The promptness, professionalism, and dedication of the entire team are truly remarkable. Any maintenance requests or concerns related to our pets are addressed with the utmost care and urgency.

In a world where finding a pet-friendly home can be challenging, the management team at The Apartment Collection at Bay Meadows and The Morgan has proven to be a shining example of how it can be done right. Their passion for animals and commitment to their residents is evident in every interaction.

We have lived at the Morgan for over a year and have been very satisfied with the building. Very nice amenities and excellent security. The staff has been very helpful through our stay, especially Samantha and Kylee. Maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner and cleaning crews are on-site 5 days a week
The location is great with about everything you need within a close distance. Shopping, dining, parks and other services (Caltrain station) are all very close.

I recently had the opportunity to tour The Morgan apartment complex in San Mateo, and I was thoroughly impressed by everything I saw. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome and at ease.

The building itself is absolutely gorgeous, with a Spanish colonial style that is both elegant and timeless. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, with plenty of parks nearby for taking leisurely walks.

But it was the interior of The Morgan that truly took my breath away. The design is simply stunning, with every detail expertly considered and executed. It's the most beautiful apartment interior I've seen in the Bay Area, and I was immediately struck by how comfortable and welcoming it felt.

In addition to its beauty, The Morgan also has a host of great amenities, including a fully equipped gym. It's clear that the management has put a lot of thought into making this a great place to call home.

Although I wasn't able to rent with them this time, I will definitely be considering The Morgan in the future. It's a 5 star apartment complex in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new home.

We've lived in the Morgan for 24 months, and it has been an OK experience overall. The very high rent has been feeling less justified over time.

Good:
• The apartment is super nice. Lots of space, well designed, great appliances. Good noise insulation. It's honestly hard to find things to complain about.
• People are friendly and generally welcoming. We've set up a semi-regular potluck with neighbors in the courtyard, which has been great!
• The neighborhood is a great balance of suburb and access to urban areas. The parks are nice, and there are always friendly people walking around.
• Package delivery works seamlessly. Amazon lockers are 👌
• Amenities are great without being excessive. Gym, courtyard, library, dog wash.

Bad:
- (update on 08/2023): ongoing maintenance and service issues have been causing headaches, including issues with window washing and storage.
- For over a year, our fridge would repeatedly trigger the circuit breaker and turn off. Aft many appeals to maintenence, they eventually hired an electrician who figured out the breaker was wired wrong and fixed it in 5 minutes.
• Our door lock simply stopped working while we were on a trip. Thankfully, this was right before the leasing office closed, so we were able to get help (Samantha was *super* helpful, staying late to make sure we got into our home). But it took over an hour to solve a problem that never should've happened in the first place (Really, AA batteries in an electronic lock that has no bypass Who thought that was a good idea?).
• We had issues with ants when the weather got hot, and maintenance took like a week to show up. By that point, we'd already dealt with the problem ourselves. Unclear if that's their usual delay.
• They had to work out several kinks in the first year after opening. Door closers would slam loudly, the bike cage had a break-in, the dog wash got clogged a bunch, the garage door broke several times. The broken door lock was by far the worst. These seem to be mostly worked out now (I hope they're replacing lock batteries regularly now...).
