The Villa is such a warm, loving, and welcoming gem in our community! The staff is excellent, and always willing to lend a helping hand. The pool is beautiful and inviting. They always have lots of fun activities for guests.

We have lived at the Villa for 2 years, and it has been great with my husband’s wheelchair. I would describe the facility as “low-frills”, but everything that we need is here. We appreciate that the residents are very diverse, friendly, and mutually supportive. We are happy to have down-sized and gotten rid of property maintenance. Some of the frills that we do have are:
1) twice weekly exercise classes
2) a beautiful swimming pool that is kept sparkling clean
3) Amazon Hub package delivery
4) good equipment in the exercise room
5) social activities
6) a comfortable guest room for visitors
7) attractive landscaping
