This place tops all my stays in San Ramon/Dublin/Pleasanton by value:cost ratio. I stayed in a one-bed studio for two weeks. It got everything I need: kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, two-head stove, bowls, plates, forks, spoons, which enables you to live like at home if you will. Facility is very new with free parking. Breakfast is complimentary. Nice gym and pool with jacuzzis. It’ll be my first pick if I come to this area again.

We've stayed in the Town place Suites for a few weeks caused by some private circumstances. The staff was absolutely amazing. We were treated extremely friendly and were taken care of carefully. The kitchen in the room was spacious enough to cook our regular meals and we were even able to borrow some special kitchen equipment like a blender. Also the fridge and freezer combo is very spacious. The beds were comfortable and all furniture seemed fairly new. We appreciated that it offered an easy and reasonable opportunity to wash and dry our clothes. I personally liked the gym and the outside area a lot. We spend a lot of evenings on the hotel terrace as a family. Also the breakfast was a little healthier than in many other hotels with the same pricetag. Although, I couldn't resist their lovely waffles. The location is close to a nice mall and restaurants, entering the highway is easy. I think the hotel offers great value for money.

I’m very happy to pick this hotel where is close to shopping but besides very quiet neighborhood. I love the hotel itself with very cleanliness, comfortable bed and pillows, convenient room size with a very nice kitchen which has all you need even mini dishwasher. I definitely can stay here for long term stay. Also hotel has very friendly and polite staff which l always pay attention at wherever I stay.

Pros:
1. Very close to Costco, Walmart, Stoneridge Shopping Center, and the freeway.
2. The rooms are spacious. The finishes are modern and stylish.
3. Gym is fairly appointed.
4. Everything is new.
5. Staff are friendly.
6. Breakfast is decent for being free.
7. Outdoor grill and seating area.

Cons:
1. They need more parking. Two hotels share a parking lot.

My sister and her family needed a place after their house burned in the fire, the manager of this hotel doesn't understand what compassion means, she overcharged this family because they did not check out in time and made them pay extra for cleaning just because the husband had mobility problems and dementia.
I think the upper management should train this young lady to become more of customer care.

I chose this hotel because it was brand new, and I was pretty sure I would not have issues with the rooms and the cleanliness. It did. not disappoint. The hotel is located behind the mall, and the Kaiser facility is close to the 680 highway. Parking is shared with another Marriott property in the same parking lot. When I entered the hotel, there was no one at the desk, but a staff member appeared as soon as I stood at the desk. She was pleasant and warm. ||The room looked new and modern, It felt like I was walking into a studio apartment with a galley kitchen living room, and beds. The bathrooms were fine and the rooms were bright and airy with plenty of natural light. ||Breakfast in the morning was pretty abysmal and it had become clear to me that the hotel was short-staffed. Most of the items were out and there was no one there to refill them. I had also noticed that there was rarely anyone manning the front desk. I don't know if it is because the hotel is new and they are still gaining their footing. The lack of staff did not negatively impact my visit other than the breakfast. There were several traveling youth teams in the hotel that completely took over the outside areas every evening so I was unable to explore that area.

Guests beware! Watch out for the light fixtures over the nightstands next to the bed. I hit my head two different times trying to plug something in. I actually got a mild concussion because of it. They are thick, metal light fixtures, and are poorly placed. The plug is at the inside of the nightstand so when you bend over to plug something in, it’s very easy to hit your head hard.

Additionally, the doors (both the room door and the bathroom door) are pretty loud. There is no quietly going in and out of your room or the bathroom because of this. Hope your spouse is not a light sleeper.

No one attended to the pool area, which was complete chaos during our stay with garbage and towels everywhere. People were in the pool/hot tub during late night hours and at one time there were 12 kids in the small whirlpool/hot tub playing games and acting up. There were no towels available on the cart because they had all been used. There was a giant party and none of the staff seemed to care about it.

Free parking and breakfast. Breakfast was meh. They had the same thing for breakfast all three mornings. Not very many options. Just sausage and gravy and some powered eggs. Fruit was old and sad. Oatmeal station was decent.

The kitchenette was decent. They give you the option to borrow various kitchen appliances, which is nice. The bathroom was OK, but there could have been a small make-up mirror. It’s hard to get close to the mirror with the vanity in the way.

The desk had two chairs, but they did not roll, which I think was a miss on their part. Rolling chairs would’ve been a much better option. Didn’t like the chairs.

All in all, we would not stay here again because I don’t want another concussion. However, there is a hotel across the parking lot that I might consider trying next time.

This is a new hotel in the Marriott chain and it's very nice! I went for a staycation and I truly felt like I was away from it all! The pool and fireplace area are really nice and the breakfast was great!
