Loved staying here. Everything was clean, free breakfast, smelled so nice once you walk in. Rooms were clean and spacious. Customer service even by the maintenance team just saying good morning and did you enjoy your stay. Easily checked in early in the day and late check out . Great location as well! Would recommend and come again!

First time staying here. It sits in a great location and is relatively brand new. We come to Elk Grove once a year for a meeting and have stayed in our share of regional hotels. TownePlace is a no nonsense hotel. You have everything you need, and they do take care of you with free breakfast and free parking. The only thing I would like to see the hotel improve on is the front desk clerk. The person checking us in was professional but not warm. The lady who maned the front desk after dark was busy looking at her phone as we walked by. She didn't even raise her head and acknowledge us. This is a service business. You should always be ready for your guests. First thing to do is to have eye contact when customers walk by. The hardware and the breakfast were to the point. I wish they have electric car charging stations on-site. It is a minor inconvenience. Overall we are satisfied with our stay.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at this hotel. My family and I are staying for four days, and we have booked two rooms for this stay. Late at night, I approached the front desk to ask where to dispose of a large bag of garbage I had collected from my room. I wanted to remove the garbage to avoid any food smells lingering in the room during the night.||When I approached the desk, I noticed the individual may have been on the phone, and if so, I acknowledge that I may have interrupted. However, when I asked my question, he was dismissive and unprofessional, merely pointing toward the front door and saying, “Outside!”||Upon returning, I noticed he was not occupied with a call, so I commented on his earlier unprofessional behavior. To my shock, he responded aggressively, telling me to “shut up and return to my room” or risk being kicked out of the hotel. He further provoked the situation, implying that if I continued to speak with him, he could do anything he wanted. This threatening and hostile behavior was completely unacceptable.||That said, aside from this unsettling interaction, the rest of our stay has been very pleasant. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. Most of the staff members have been very helpful and accommodating, especially the cleaning staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our rooms were clean.||Is this the standard of customer service Marriott provides? This experience was not only disappointing but deeply unsettling.

A beautiful hotel, very new. Super staff and a great conference room for meetings up to 6-8 people. Loved it!

Rooms are newer and nicely laid out. Service is welcoming and prompt. The road noise on even numbered rooms is rough and persistent. Bring earplugs and prepare for an onslaught of loud semi trucks all thru the night.

I was so pleased with my stay at TownePlace Suites. I recommend to anyone that’s going to play at Sky River and they live on the other side of town who plays all night and throughout the weekend, to stay here. This is ah definite stay. Right off the freeway and ten minutes away from the casino. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Not just your typical breakfast items. An entire entree. That alone made my stay pleasant being that I enjoy ah hearty breakfast that could easily run me 30 dollars.

Vinod was extremely pleasant which makes since why I felt that way afterwards and throughout my stay, he really made me feel like home. To where me and my Lady did not even go back to Sky River. We just enjoyed the peace TownPlace Suites provides as well. I already won; why not keep that energy going.

When checking out it went smooth and easy even at 5:30am, It felt that’s just how it goes at TownPlace Suites.
