This is our second stay within two months and both stays have been great. The front desk staff have been friendly at each check in despite being late and somewhat busy. ||The imperfections: It’s slightly inconvenient to have to go back to your car to put a parking pass on your dashboard. One weekend stay one of the elevators was out of order. The shower water pressure is low. The hotel is the best in town so it gets sold out when there’s an event in town. ||Greatness: The mini kitchen has the essentials for late night snacking and a compact full fridge. I love being able to freeze my blue ice. The room is comfortable and has convenient plugs and desk space. Breakfast is always out nice and early so my kids can eat before their tournament. There’s an ice machine down the hall on the first floor which I’ve seen people use to fill up their cooler. The indoor gym looks new and nice (we never had time to use) For dinner we usually head to Brookfields just on the next block.

Super clean, new and modern hotel. Much better than some of the other more dated hotels in the area. Staff is very friendly and helpful.||My room had hardwood floors, which was a nice change versus carpet in most hotels. Seemed cleaner as a result.||Breakfast was pretty standard, and not too crowded.

Since my last visit the rooms for all intents are well maintained and clean. However paint odor exists in room vents on stove in the room are not fitted and the coffee and creamer bar is well understock in the lobby. Great checkin although not stocked area for purchase.

30+ days here. We stayed because it’s new, but boy did we NOT know what we were getting ourselves into:

- poor service. Nobody cared here. You want your garbage picked up and cleaned? Simple refresh with towels? Good luck asking without getting an attitude from the front desk. I asked a couple time and the front desk clerk said: do you want to talk to my manager?

- breakfast is lame and poor quality. Im not expecting 5 star but I’ve been to plenty of holiday inns and Hyatt House properties and this is by far the worse.

- I’m Ambassador and reached out twice by email. No responses from their management team.

This is the worse Marriott property I have ever stayed in. I suspect if they ever got trained by Marriott at all.

- only good thing is that the bed was decent and acceptable. And that this is a fairly new property.

This place deserves half a star. I will be taking our company’s business back to a decent hotel.

There is no swimming pool. The room features a soft bed with a down comforter, and it is clean and comfortable. However, at night, the fire alarm woke up the sleeping children for no apparent reason, and the emergency door was not opened, suggesting a shortage of staff.

Excellent stay. Pretty smooth check in and check out. VERY fast and reliable wifi. Excellent shower, everything in the bathroom and kitchen worked well. The bed was comfortable with extra blanket and pillow in the closet. Ironing board and iron, hair dryer in the room. Free parking. The breakfast and coffee was acceptable. There is a good restaurant very close that opens for breakfast at 6 am. ||Our room faced Folsom Dr. and was near the light rail tracks, so there was light road noise and in the middle of the night loud voices yelling from the street/rail stop. The elevator was always slow, but the morning we checked out it was out of order and our room was on the third floor.||I'll return next time we need to visit Rancho Cordova.

Clean and comfortable room. Quiet in the hallways. Complimentary breakfast is actually good. Coffee is hot too. Easy check in and easy check out.
