Thank you for a wonderful night stay. It was a last-minute booking, so we were happy to get something close to the square. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, the checkin process, and the great customer service. The first time, I've ever checked in where I could sit down and relax during the process. Let me tell you about the great breakfast. There were a lot of food choices and condiments. The food was very good. Your employee Cynthia, who works in the breakfast area, is amazing 👏 She is a true asset to your hotel. She was smiling to everyone, helped many people, cleaned up everything very quickly, and she was so very nice. You can also see by the pictures that the breakfast area was clean and kept fully stocked.

I stayed at this location 3/12/25. The rate with taxes and fees was almost 200. I paid extra for breakfast, but the only breakfast available was the complimentary breakfast. While the facility and the room were clean, the location is very dated. It was hard to get the room cool enough for me. The young lady who welcomed us was very friendly and engaging. Considering a 200 room, the value was low and not commensurate with the rate.
