Victoria gave us a great tour so we went back to see again. Jay’s tour was a little more confusing. He told us he evicted a tenant because he threw away cardboard boxes in the trash chute. How does eviction work? The unit itself was nice, so we are interested in moving in. We couldn’t complete the application yet, because he wanted to see bank statements with at least $136,000, but we didn’t come in with any. We are moving from bay area (Sunnyvale) to Dublin for the first time, so residence search in this area is so new and confusing to us!

I've had such a positive experience at Tralee Village Apartments in Dublin! The leasing office, especially Jay, has been amazing. Jay was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process, making sure I had everything I needed and answering all of my questions with a smile.

The apartment complex itself is wonderful. The area is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe, which is so important.

I cannot express how amazing Victoria was throughout the entire process.
