The most unprofessional staff. Rude. Disrespectful. Hateful. Bugs everywhere. Cleaning staff not allowed to help you. Don't have children here. They try to come up with "creative income". Beware. If you are on a fixed income do not come here. They will take all you have. Their rules are not reasonable at all. If you do stay any length of time you will feel like you are in prison! 7 people have died while I stayed here.. not a great place to pass away! Staff does talk about you to anyone who will listen. Becareful.

The people are rude, it cost $1125 for two people for one month. It is dirty, has roaches, staff routinely come in your room for a "Room Check", you can only have company from 10 am to 6 pm, then they tell your visitors they prefer you don't take your purse in because they don't know what you are taking in, it is posted that visitors can not take showers and there are No Handicapped rooms or showers available.

The Black Lady (weekend clerk) and her husband (Security Guard) NEEDS TO take her spot while she takes notes on customer service... Bcuz the Black Lady is very soft spoken, and is on point as far as the front desk goes. And her daughter is a great housekeeper and very kind and she helps the elderly very well thank!!! .I hope they give you guys that management position...Good Job

i had to get out of my car too remove a rope than had to get out of car again to put back rope. to me you are segregating /discriminating different guest, either by payment type or lifestyle , length of stay

I found a spy camera located over the bed when I noticed a hole in one of the square tiles in the ceiling. The management is pretty much a sick to do that to their customers! Beware of this type of dump!

Worst place to stay, it is infested by cockroaches. After only ten minutes cockroaches were entering our food bag in the room. We couldn’t get partly refunded, the lady pretexted to have a call with the manager and told us that we couldn’t get a refund unless we stayed until the next Tuesday (+ 3 days). Really scammy business. Do not stop here.
