Disappointing Service and Poor Management at Hilton

Our stay at this Hilton was ruined by a car alarm that went off all night. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of the manager, Melissa, she made little effort to resolve it. The hotel does not record guests’ license plates, making it impossible to identify or contact the vehicle’s owner. The police were called, but since the responsibility ultimately falls on the property owner, Hilton had the authority to tow the car—yet they did nothing.

After a sleepless night, we addressed our concerns with Melissa, who showed no concern for our experience. When we requested a room compensation due to the disturbance, she refused.

Hilton needs to take better care of its guests by:
• Establishing a relationship with a local towing company for situations like this.
• Empowering staff to make decisions and provide real solutions.
• Collecting guests’ license plate information to prevent similar issues in the future.

This experience was incredibly frustrating, and the lack of accountability from management was unacceptable.

Do Not Stay here! This place charged me $30 for a hair dryer that was “taken” from the room. I noticed on my credit card statement after my stay. We did not touch the hair dryer. We arrived late to the hotel and left at 6am for a quick overnight. When I called they were dismissive and said that we took the hair dryer. AGAIN DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I would have never touched the hairdryer!

The hotel also does not let you check in online through the app. This is a convenient service especially when arriving late to a hotel. Pointless that they do not offer this like other Hilton Hotels. Night front desk person was not friendly or welcoming I would have much preferred to skip that interaction.

Breakfast was not well stocked and was mostly sugary carbs. Coffee was not good.

Again don’t stay here.

Do not stay at this hotel. They charged me $30 for a hair dryer that was “taken” during my 8 hour stay. When I called they were rude and refused to refund my $30 which I was charged. When I called to speak to the manager she was dismissive and continued to accuse me of taking the hairdryer and asked if I inspected the room when I arrived. I wasted a lot of my time dealing with this staff and would definitely not recommend this location.

I wanted to like this place. But the customer service is terrible. Absolutely awful employees.

The rooms are functional. The price was ok. But only stay here if you are OK being treated like an animal.

Ps to management - I stayed with a friend. I wasn't on the reservation. Oddly enough I'm still a human though so a little bit of decency should be on the docket.
