Not Recommended.

I lived here for two years, and there are many issues with this apartment complex.

First, it is not gated, and the front gate is always left unlocked. Someone even broke into our car while it was parked inside the community garage. There are no CCTV cameras to monitor security.

While the landscaping in the main lawn and at the front of the building is well-maintained, the grass is essentially unusable. Dog owners treat this area as an open bathroom for their pets, and it’s common to step on dog waste. Even the corridors have dog urine, and no one ever cleans it. The management only cleaned it two or three times during our entire stay.

The apartment also lacks climate control. Our unit had an old window AC unit in the living room that barely worked. The heating unit was covered in dust, and it would have been unhealthy to use it even if it functioned properly. It was not functional.

The building itself is very old, and there are bugs living inside the walls. We also had issues with lizards, which sometimes entered the unit. The kitchen cabinets have noticeable gaps.

The manager is unprofessional and rude.

Lived here for many years, Services of the territory, apartments, swimming pool, very frequent change of managers leads to the fact that they do nothing, for all repair requests, simple ignore, there is a manager A humiliating and boorish attitude towards people of another skin, religion, country. When you want to leave, they will come up with many non-existent reasons so as not to return your deposit while violating the law! The complex itself is very old and falls apart, ventilation does not work in the apartment, the air conditioner is always alone in one room, it is not able to cool the room! and the old air conditioner will be more than 350$ , I do not recommend

I actually love this apartment complex, and the people in it. We are all quiet, respectful people. Been in since May 2023. No idea why it has a low rating. I prefer this place over every apt complex I’ve ever lived in.

This place has everything beautiful except washers and dryers, the one's they have, always break down. it's a constant battle between manager and and washers owners, because they have them here, but they are not responsible for it, forget it if you are in a hurry and want to do your own washing with out leaving your place I recommend going to the public laundromat because they never work here.

not recommend if you value the maintenance service. They never respond you if you submit the request online. It would be always leave your tone if you try to call them to request maintenance. I had a crack window before, and submitted request online, however, never receive response from them, I had to find someone else by myself to fix that. unpleasant experience.

I loved living there! The maintained man was always there if something happened, the property is beautiful, the apartments are very clean and management is always there to help. If I didn't have to move away for school I would still be living there!!!
