Lived here for a year. Best place to be!
Studios are nice, spacious and upgraded.
Property is nice and clean. Beautiful pool, and laundry. Management is amazing, Marsada does a great job keeping this property in great condition, great communicator and always very helpful. Great place if your looking for an nice studio and some peace of mind.

Dirty carpets!! Otherwise in good condition.
The beds are not very comfortable. You may or may not get a microwave. The refrigerators are very small. But they work.
Showers are weird unless you are under 5 feet tall. Temperature of water fluctuates.
Air conditioner doesn't work all that great. They charge to much for what you get.
If you use or need WiFi you must get a little piece of paper with a code for two people only. If you have more than 2 people then you need two codes for every 2 people in your family. The TVs are just okay but they work. The volume control on the remotes do not work so you need to do volume at the TV.
For quietness sometimes people are loud but not too bad. Sometimes some person will knock on your door, so beware of that.
It does have a pool but I'd beware of it. I have never used it and have not seen many use it.
Rooms 271, 272 and 273 are used frequently. So I can say that's my only experience there. I have based my opinion on those rooms only. Oh they do NOT have bedbugs and that is a plus and why I gave them 2 stars. Clean the carpets!! They may get 3 from me.

They close the jacuzzi down at this time of year 😕 . Breakfast is really just donuts and coffee. But we never saw any donuts. They only made a little bit of coffee . I'm just glad there was something for my kids to watch while the packing was being done. And the the lady staff working the front desk was super nice

If you want to charge prices of a more higher scale motel then you should clean up your motel. Its as Getto as they come..... The bathroom walks haven't seen new posting in easily 20+ years let alone scrub them. & the things found under the bed....... Well its not A place to bring a baby or even a toddler. Clean it up if U want a better reputation.

It was fine at first.. I the place was relatively clean... A little beat up but no signs of bedbugs or roaches, and pretty quiet overall.. But!, when he checked out early, telling the front desk lady, I'd be out by 11am check out time, work hard so I could finish packing I still find it unbelievable! ... She waited till he was gone, then began harassing me to leave now, demanding I get out in five minutes...kept Calling the room rushing me... It was quite unpleasant... We won't be returning... Their loss 😠😑😕

This place was probably Poppin off when it was built in 1925! Too expensive, too rough and rugged and definitely dingy AF... The shades don't close all the way, smells like mildew and they need new carpet, curtains and blankets.
On a positive note, the AC worked very well, the checkout time was 1pm and full size refrigerator...
BTW if you have a need for dope and hookers, you'll be happy to know.... On site! 🤗
